By creating a Nova Latina account you agree to these terms. Nova Latina is an independent study companion to Lingua Latina per se Illustrata and is not affiliated with its publisher.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Teachers are responsible for the classrooms they create and the students they invite.

Subscriptions & billing

Pro renews monthly; Classroom and School licenses renew yearly. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, which may also collect applicable sales tax. Classroom licenses cover the number of student seats purchased across a teacher's classrooms.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from "Manage billing" on the pricing page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for; no further charges are made.

Refunds

If you are unhappy, contact us within 14 days of a charge for a full refund. After that, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not share accounts, redistribute answer keys or misuse the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes

We may update these terms and will notify account holders of material changes.
